Opening in 2010 under the leadership of Head Chef John Calder, a trained and qualified patissier, whose speciality and passion is chocolate, we here at Theone Chocolate we have been producing beautiful, hand made artisan chocolates from the finest Belgian chocolate for our personal and trade customers.
John's ethos is to use only the best available ingredients for our products, which are fashioned entirely by hand without the use of artificial additives or preservatives. This allows us to offer products which are safe and where the natural ingredients are allowed to shine through, giving the best possible flavours.
Following the successful launch of our chocolate factory and Belgian chocolate shop, we opened our own training school to offer chocolate courses and parties to the public. In 2012 we extended our coverage of chocolate courses and now offer chocolate, pastry and patisserie courses and parties for private, educational and corporate clients across the UK.
