Our beginners chocolate skills course will take you through all the basic techniques you need to produce beautiful, professional looking chocolates at home.
Age Recommendations: 14 and over.
This course requires no previous knowledge of chocolate making and includes the following skills:
We will show you how to temper the professional way to ensure that your finished products are perfect every time.
We will take you step by step through ganache and truffle making, filled chocolates and basic fillings and techniques, decoration and basic packaging.
The course fee includes:
Refreshments (hot & cold) available throughout the day
A cold buffet lunch (see our buffet lunch for details). Lunch will be served during a 30 minute break at approx' 1pm.
Once you have experienced how easy it can be to produce your own chocolates this course will lead you on to the Intermediate Chocolate Skills course where we will take you even further into the 'mystery' that is chocolate making.
