Our Intermediate chocolate skills course will refresh your basic techniques and take you deeper into the mysteries of chocolate making.
Students will learn how to make advanced chocolates, including:- Layered Ganaches
- Advanced decoration
- Cake decoration
- Soft centres
- Infused ganaches
- Contemporary flavours
- Using moulds and moulded figures
We will take you step by step through each stage to enable you to become skilled in the art of chocolate making and hopefully, inspire you to continue onto our Advanced Chocolate Skills course where we will show you all you need to become a professional chocolatier.
